Enjoy a short yet unforgettable trek that combines two Andean gems: the turquoise Humantay Lake and the breathtaking Salkantay Pass. This unique experience is enhanced by spending the night in a Sky Dome, a panoramic lodge with a transparent roof that allows you to admire the starry sky and snow-capped mountains from the comfort of your bed

Day 1: Cusco – Mollepata – Soraypampa – Humantay Lake – Sky Domes
Early morning pick-up from your hotel in Cusco, followed by a scenic drive to Mollepata where we’ll enjoy a traditional breakfast. We then continue to Soraypampa (3,900 m / 12,795 ft), the starting point of the hike to Humantay Lake (4,220 m / 13,845 ft), famous for its turquoise waters framed by glacial peaks. After exploring the lake, we return to Soraypampa for lunch. The afternoon is free to rest or explore before dinner and overnight stay at the Sky Domes, under a spectacular night sky.
Day 2: Sky Domes – Salkantay Pass – Soraypampa – Cusco
After breakfast, we begin the ascent to the Salkantay Pass (4,650 m / 15,255 ft), where you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the majestic Salkantay and Humantay mountains. We’ll take time for photos before descending back to Soraypampa for lunch. Finally, we return to Cusco by private transport, arriving around 6:00 p.m..
