This 2-day tour combines the best of the Sacred Valley of the Incas with a magical visit to Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. You’ll explore ancient ruins, colorful Andean villages, and stunning landscapes before taking the scenic train to Aguas Calientes and spending the night near the base of the iconic Inca citadel. Ideal for travelers who want a richer cultural and historical experience in a short time.




Day 1: Cusco – Sacred Valley – Aguas Calientes
Your adventure starts around 7:00 a.m. with hotel pick-up in Cusco. We journey to Pisac, where you’ll visit its traditional artisan market and explore the impressive Inca ruins set on a mountain ridge. Next, we travel through the Sacred Valley to Urubamba, where you’ll enjoy a buffet lunch.
In the afternoon, we visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, known for its massive stone terraces and ancient ceremonial centers. After the tour, you’ll take a scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes (1h 45min approx.). Upon arrival, a staff member will meet you and escort you to your hotel for the night. You’ll have free time to dine and explore the town.
Day 2: Machu Picchu – Cusco
Early in the morning, after breakfast, you’ll board a bus to Machu Picchu (approx. 30 min). Upon entry, enjoy a guided tour of the citadel, discovering the history, architecture, and sacred temples of this world-famous site.
After your tour, you’ll return to Aguas Calientes by bus and take the train back to Ollantaytambo, followed by transportation to Cusco. You’ll arrive back at your hotel around 8:00 p.m.
