Discover one of the deepest canyons in the world on this unforgettable full-day tour to the Colca Canyon, departing from Arequipa. This tour is perfect for travelers short on time who still want to witness the majestic beauty of the Andean landscapes and the flight of the Andean condor in its natural habitat.
Throughout the day, you will enjoy panoramic views of volcanoes, traditional highland villages, pre-Inca terraces, and the lush Colca Valley. With expert guidance and well-organized logistics, this experience offers a deep cultural and natural immersion in just one day.

03:00 to 03:30 AM – We pick you up from your hotel in Arequipa and begin our journey toward the Colca Valley. After approximately 3 hours of travel, we stop in Chivay for a light breakfast.
We continue our journey to the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint, the most famous spot in the canyon. Here, you’ll have time to observe the impressive flight of the Andean condors, often gliding just meters away.
Afterward, we make short scenic stops at traditional villages like Macay and Yanque, where you can appreciate colonial churches, interact with locals, and learn about their customs.
Optional stop at the La Calera hot springs (entrance not included) for a relaxing dip.
Around 12:00 PM, we return to Chivay for a buffet-style lunch featuring typical dishes from the region.
After lunch, we begin the journey back to Arequipa, with a brief stop at the Patapampa viewpoint (4,910 meters above sea level), where you’ll see the majestic volcanoes: Ampato, Sabancaya, and Misti.
Return to Arequipa around 17:30 to 18:00 hrs, dropping you off at your hotel.
